Ingredients
- ▢ 7 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- ▢ 1 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- ▢ 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika plus 1 teaspoon
- ▢ 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ▢ 2 teaspoons Oregano
- ▢ 1/8 teaspoon Coriander
- ▢ 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- ▢ 1 Tablespoon Fine Sea Salt plus 1/2 teaspoon
- ▢ 2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- ▢ 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- ▢ 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne
Method
- Add all ingredients to a jar and shake or stir to combine.
- Store in a dark cupboard for up to two years.
