Ingredients
- 4 large egg yolks, beaten
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup of Wilson’s Lime Juice
- 1 and ½ packets of x Tennis Biscuits / Marie Biscuits
- 140 grams melted baking margarine
- 250 grams cream (Whipped)
Method:
Mix your crushed 1 and a ½ packet of tennis biscuits / marie biscuits with 140grams melted margarine. If your crust texture is too moist, add some more crushed biscuits. Lightly press into your greased dish.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and Wilson’s Lime Juice. Mix well. Pour into on top of crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices if desired.
