🛒 Ingredients:
• ½ cup popcorn kernels
• 2 tbsp Wilson’s Flavoured Oil of your choice
(Garlic for savoury, Rosemary for herby, Coconut for sweet & subtle, or Peri for a smoky kick)
• Salt to taste
• Optional flavour add-ins:
– Grated Parmesan
– Chilli flakes
– Mixed herbs
– Nutritional yeast
– Brown sugar & cinnamon (with Coconut Oil for sweet popcorn)
Step 1
Heat the oil:
In a large, heavy-bottomed pot with a lid, heat 2 tbsp of your chosen Wilson’s Flavoured Oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Test a kernel:
Add 2–3 popcorn kernels. When they pop, you’ll know the oil is ready.
Step 3
Pop the corn:
Add the remaining kernels in an even layer, cover the pot, and shake occasionally. Keep the lid slightly ajar to let steam escape.
Step 4
Listen for the magic:
When popping slows to 1–2 seconds between pops, remove from heat.
Step 5
Season & toss:
Transfer popcorn to a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and any optional toppings. Add an extra drizzle of flavoured oil for boldness and toss well to coat
