Ingredients: 1 tablespoon coconut oil1 cup strawberries (or a mix of strawberries and raspberries or blueberries)1 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla flavored5 ice cubes1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (Optional) Method: Blend and serve.

Coconut Oil Fudge

Ingredients: 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt Unsweetened shredded coconut, for garnish Method: Combine ingredients and pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
