Ingredients
- 350g Tomatoes
- 150g Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 cups Chilli Biltong
- 3 tablespoons Basil Pesto
- Handful of Basil Leaves
- Wilson’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil to serve
- Wilson’s Balsamic Vinegar to serve
Method
In a large salad bowl, arrange the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and biltong.
Spoon the basil pesto over the ingredients.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve with Wilson’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Wilson’s Balsamic Vinegar.
