Biltong and caprese salad drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Method

In a large salad bowl, arrange the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and biltong.
Spoon the basil pesto over the ingredients.

Garnish with basil leaves and serve with Wilson’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Wilson’s Balsamic Vinegar.
