Ingredients:
- 350g Beef
- 300g Green Beans
- 1 x Yellow Green Pepper, sliced
- 15g Garlic
- 60g Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Wilson’s Garlic Flavoured Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 30g Pumpkin Seed
- 1 x Spring Onion, chopped
- Salt
Method:
Heat your Wilson’s Garlic Flavoured Oil in a wok, when it’s gently smoking, carefully add your beef and turn up the heat to the highest setting.
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently before adding the beans, yellow pepper, garlic and ginger and pumpkin seeds.
Stir fry for another 3 minutes then add the honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper then continue to cook. It should take from this point just another 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce starts to get a little syrupy but without overcooking the beans. Garnish with spring onion.
