Biltong in Caprese salad, with olive oil

Biltong Caprese Salad


  • 350g tomatoes.
  • 150g fresh mozzarella.
  • 2 cups chilli biltong.
  • 3 tbsps basil pesto.
  • Handful of basil leaves.
  • Olive oil to serve.


In a large salad bowl, arrange the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and biltong. Spoon the basil pesto over the ingredients. Garnish with basil leaves and serve with olive oil.
